题型①：描述解释型

描述解释型判断一道作文题是否属于“描述解释型”，可以看题目是否包含下列词汇： explain, identify, why, reason, cause, what, how等。

解题技巧：

第一段：

1. 背景陈述：简单介绍事情发生的背景，作为铺垫。

2. 给出主题陈述：提出论述的对象

3. 表明自己观点

第二段：论述话题第一点（A的优势一）

第三段：论述话题第二点（A的优势二/B的优势二）

题目：Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more important for the government to spend money on improving Internet access than on public transportation.

范文：

（背景陈述）Internet access and public transportation both play indispensable roles in people's lives for internet access enriches people's cultural life while public transportation ensures a great convenience for travels. （给出主题陈述）Thus there has recently been a heated debate which one of internet access and public transportation is supposed to take priority in government investment. This debate divides people into two camps with opposite opinions, （表明观点）and as far as I'm concerned, public transportation deserves more economical support from government than internet access due to its significance. My reasons and examples are given below.

Firstly, public transportation is of vital significance in the maintenance of public order. It can be said without exaggeration that the transportation system that is lack of sufficient attention from the government may lead to all sorts of problems and it's an obligation for the government to establish an overall and smooth transport networks. For example, in China, almost every year hundreds of thousands of people are stranded when the spring festival travel rush comes, leaving them under great travel pressure.

Secondly, advanced transport and logistics is conducive to promoting our economic and social progress. Most obviously，with the popularity of internet, electric commerce has arrived with great fanfare. But the foundation that lies under the business prosperity is a comprehensive transportation system otherwise; electric business would make no sense. An example that is quite close to our life is online shopping. It's not an exaggeration to say that without a sound traffic system which provides a basis for the express delivery, people won't be so crazy about shopping on the internet.

Admittedly, convenient internet access is essential to the economic boom, for it plays an indispensable role in communicating with clients, importing products and getting to know international information. However, public transportation is of more fundamental importance for the stability and efficiency of our economy.

In conclusion, having considered all the arguments above, public transportation definitely deserves more investment from the government.

解题技巧：

抽象名词具体化，也就是说把抽象名词剖解成几个具体的小词，从而从几个小词出发来论述。

这道题目中“thing”是一个抽象名词，代指的事情很多，这时候就可以把抽象每次进行剖析。下面我们分别从同意和反对两个方面来解答这道题目。

同意：

2. People learn personalities from their families.（个性，品格）

3. People learn basic knowledge from their families（基础知识）

反对：

范文：

When it comes to talk about the importance of family, school, and society, disputes always exist. Many people will compare the benefits from parents, teachers and colleagues. I think it is a reasonable method to give an objective evaluation. So, from my point of view, people usually learn the most important thing not from family but from school.

To begin with，our lovely schools help us learn academic knowledge, one of the most important things for survival. As we all know，knowledge is power; that is to say，if we possess enough knowledge , to material aspect, we can get a better job with higher salary. In mental respect, we can gain self-satisfaction through achievements from the application of great academic knowledge or reach spiritual sublimation. Therefore, schools do have great impact on people's life and career.

Next, let’s check another vital function of our marvelous schools: the involvement of friendship. As we all know，many true friends of us come from primary and high school. In fact，we do not know what the friendship at the beginning of studying career， but when we study and play together, and help with each other，we catch the meaning of friendship. Clearly，we must say “thank you” to schools because without friends, one cannot survive either.

In my final analysis, schools help people to learn correct values. As is known to all，owning a great heart is the premise of being the great. Meanwhile，teachers not only impart us specific knowledge but also tell us what is right and what cannot be done. After understanding the standard of a good man，we are on the way to the great. Generally speaking, schools are places for purification.

In a word, if someone asks me where I lean the most important thing, my answer is schools. After all, what we have learned from schools can promise us to be great people.

分对象讨论的落脚点也是题目中的关键词，这里则是剖析题目中的2-3个对象，将这些对象和主题联系起来论述。

解题技巧：

找到题目中的对象，一般是主语和谓语或者是从句中的词。然后分别对两个对象进行分析，将它们和主题联系起来进行论述。

分对象讨论这道题目，可以选取“rule”和“society”两个对象，然后结合它们和主题句“young people to follow and obey”，从而进行论述。

Nowadays, there is an increasing discussion about whether rules our societies expect to young people to follow and obey are too strict or not. For my part, it would never be too strict for our young. My reasons are listed as follows.

Youngsters, who place an emphasis on their knowledge, skills, and the needs of the society, will set themselves on the path towards a satisfying and successful career. Take Japan as an instance. It is a country which emphasizes on its education towards the young and the teachers in school are uncommonly rigorous to the students. The young are not only required to gain knowledge from text books, but also to act morally and be responsible for their society. And as we can see now, the Japanese young people are welcomed all around and have won the respect deserved from the outside world

In the second place, the development of a nation depends on the quality of its young. Without highly qualified youngsters, even those super countries would definitely on day put themselves on the decline. It is the responsibility of the society to help the young to live satisfying, responsible lives. However well or badly societies perform this task, their effort to succeed at it are worth fighting for and deserve our recognition and encouragement.

However, the demerits cannot be ignored. It is universally acknowledged that over strict rules can cause some mental or psychological problems, which, any perceptive observers would never hesitate to admit that, if becoming the feature of the young, would lead to both misery of human and wane of a nation as a whole.

In accordance with all that I have talked above, being strict to the young, when taking every aspect into consideration, will be better for its enormous importance, undeniable functions and great merits brought to our society.
